Ritco Logistics is based out of Jamnagar, specifically in the Motikhavdi area. We are located at Raj Complex, unit 108, which is associated with Kamal Sharma. Jamnagar is a major hub for industry in Gujarat, especially with the big refineries nearby. Motikhavdi is a spot that sees a lot of heavy vehicle traffic and dust. Our office in the complex is where the day-to-day coordination happens. It’s a very male-dominated, industrial kind of atmosphere. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and checking on load statuses. The Raj Complex is a busy place with a lot of different businesses all crammed together. We have a small team that knows the ins and outs of the local Gujarat routes. The weather here is often very hot and dry, which makes the work challenging at times. We don't have a polished corporate image; our office has maps on the wall and stacks of delivery notes on the desks. People stop by for signatures, and there is always someone coming or going. We focus on the ground reality of logistics. It’s about knowing which roads are under construction and which ports are backed up. We just do our bit to keep the supply chain moving in this part of the country. It is basic, honest work that requires a lot of phone calls and persistence.
