Our place is at L.I.G-31 in Dabauli West. It's a part of Kanpur that most people around here know pretty well. We’ve been set up in this building for quite some time now. It’s an engineering office, so there is usually a lot of talk about technical stuff and drawings lying around on the tables. The street outside can get pretty noisy with the traffic and the local vendors, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of people who know how to handle engineering tasks. The building itself is a bit older, like many in this part of town, but it’s sturdy and has enough space for our equipment. We spend most of our time here working on different designs and making sure everything is technically sound. Sometimes we have to go out on site, but this is where we do all the main planning. There’s a tea shop just down the road where we usually end up in the evenings. It’s a simple setup we have here at Rhizome Engineers. We don’t go for anything flashy or expensive. We just want to do a decent job with the work we get. Dabauli West is a busy place, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay connected to what's happening. We’ve been here for years. It's just a normal workplace for us.
