Reliance Industries Ltd

Working out of Qtr No 57-E in the Reliance Greens township is a specific kind of experience. This place in Motikhavadi, Jamnagar, is basically a whole city on its own. Since we are based right here within the township for Reliance Industries Ltd, we are close to everything that’s happening. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate, but it’s a nice area with plenty of trees. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a standard setup that gets the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking things on our screens. Because we live and work in the same general area, we see our colleagues at the grocery store or the park too. It makes the work feel more personal. We don’t bother with corporate talk or trying to sound like we’re in a high-rise in Mumbai. We’re in Gujarat, and we like the practical way things are done here. The weather gets pretty hot, so we’re grateful for the shade. Every day is different, but the goal is always the same: just finish what’s on the desk and prepare for tomorrow. We’ve got a small kettle for tea and a few plants on the windowsill that we try to keep alive. It’s just a normal day at a normal office in Jamnagar. No more, no less.
