Living and working in Reliance Greens is a bit like being in a bubble. Sector 12 is pretty quiet, and our spot at 2 E is just another part of the township. Motikhavdi is quite a way out from Jamnagar city, so we mostly stay within the gates for everything. The office here is basically just a room where we keep track of things happening at the site. It’s very practical and close to where some of us live, which is nice because there’s no commute to worry about. The streets are lined with trees, and it’s a lot cleaner than the main city roads. We spend our days mostly on the computer or running out to meet people at different gates. It’s not a place where customers just walk in off the street, so we don't worry about looking fancy. We have our coffee mugs on the desks and maybe some snacks from the local canteen. The air conditioning is pretty much a requirement here because the sun is brutal in this part of Gujarat. We’ve got our routine down, and it works for us. It’s a very specific kind of lifestyle, being tied to the industry but living in such a manicured area. We just focus on our tasks and try to get through the list every day. It’s quiet, predictable, and we like it that way for the most part. There is no need for big speeches here.
