Reliance Industries Limited

Out here in Jamshedpur, we are set up at Road No 18/A in the colony area. We are right near Sunday Ket, working out of Quarter No K/10 with Er Bharat Kumar Jha. It is a familiar neighborhood in Jharkhand where people generally know each other. Working for Reliance Industries Limited from this spot means we are right in the thick of the local community. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs, and a lot of documents to sort through. It gets quite warm here in the summers, so the fan is usually running at full speed. We don't have a giant sign outside, but people find us easily enough because of the landmarks nearby. The routine stays mostly the same. We come in, check what needs doing for the day, and get to it. Sometimes we talk about the local cricket scores or where to grab a quick lunch nearby while we work. It is a practical space, not meant for showing off. We deal with the logistics and the administrative side of things without much fuss. If you walk down the road, you see the usual hustle and bustle of the colony. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We just do what is required and try to stay on top of the schedule. We keep it real and just focus on the tasks we have in front of us.
