This office is located in Sector III of Reliance Greens in Motikhavdi. The specific address is 126 B. It’s right in the middle of the township, so we’re surrounded by other staff houses and some nice garden patches. Working here in Jamnagar, you get used to the heat pretty quickly. Our office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a functional space where we handle the day-to-day operations for this sector. We have a few desks, some cabinets for the files, and a small area where we can sit and talk. Most of the people who come by are just other folks from the township who have questions or need to drop off documents. We don’t have a big reception desk or security guards at the door; it’s more relaxed than that. The morning routine usually starts with clearing out the emails and then checking the physical records. We take turns making tea in the afternoon. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the actual refinery areas. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up when we’re busy. Since we’re all part of the same community here, it feels very informal. You might see us walking over from our own houses in the morning.
