It’s not a large or flashy place, just a standard room with desks and the usual office supplies. We have been here for a while, and the staff is used to the routine of the residency area. We spend a lot of time on our computers and going through technical manuals. The atmosphere in Cluster L is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, which helps us concentrate. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make the place look perfect. It is just a workspace for engineers. We have a few charts on the walls and plenty of project binders on the shelves. Outside, the township is well-maintained, which is a nice change when we step out for a break or go to get lunch. We are a straightforward team and we don't feel the need to use big words or sound important to the people around us. We just focus on the work that needs to be finished for the week. It’s a steady job in a nice part of Jamnagar.
