We are over in Guna, specifically in Durga Colony. If you know where the Durga Mandir is, we are right near there. The office is at Sh. O.P. Sharma’s place. It’s a quiet residential area for the most part, which is nice for getting work done. Reliance Engg. Asso. Ltd. isn't a huge operation here, just a handful of us making sure everything runs right. Guna is a smaller district, so things move at a slower pace compared to the big cities. We like it. You can hear the temple bells in the morning. The office is basically a few rooms with some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We don't need much else. We deal with engineering stuff, so there’s a lot of talking over technical issues. Sharma ji is usually around to help out with things. We get our mail delivered to the house. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit and have a long talk about a project without being rushed. Sometimes the cows wander down the street outside. It’s very typical for this part of Madhya Pradesh. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just have our calendars and a few photos. It’s a very grounded way to run an engineering association. We just take it one day at a time here. No big corporate polish, just people who know what they are doing.
