Quality Management Department

Our office for the Quality Management Department is located at 111, Trupti Hotel in Meghpur. It’s right in the Motikhavdi area of Jamnagar. Being in Gujarat, especially near Jamnagar, means there is always a lot of industrial activity going on around us. We handle the management side of things, making sure all the quality records and processes are in order. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking different systems. We aren't a big, fancy department with lots of corporate fluff. It’s just a few of us in a regular office space near the hotel. We spend a lot of our day on the computer or talking to the production teams. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just want to make sure the quality doesn't slip. We’ve been here for a bit and we know how things work in this part of the country. It’s a practical job. We don't use big words to explain what we do. We just keep track of the data and tell the managers what’s happening. Sometimes it’s a bit repetitive, but it’s what keeps the whole operation running smoothly. We’re just regular people trying to do a decent job every day. If you walked into our office, you’d just see a lot of folders and people drinking tea while they work. We just try to keep things organized so no one has any trouble later on.
