Petron Engg Constructions Ltd

Our setup for Petron Engg Constructions Ltd is located in Thalassery, which is in the Kannur district. The place is called Shijukv Sunandalayam and it’s over in Manikkothvalappil, specifically the Gopalappetta area. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but we’ve been here for some time now. We focus on engineering and construction work throughout this part of Kerala. The office is a local one, handled by real people who know the area well. We don't have a giant HR department or a PR team. It’s just a few of us managing the crews and making sure the engineering plans are followed. Sometimes the monsoon makes work slow, but we just adjust the timeline and keep going. The office is tucked away in a regular neighborhood, so it feels more like a home base than a cold business center. We have some chairs, a table for the big drawings, and a lot of files from old jobs. Most of our work comes from people who know us or see our signs at the sites. We just do the construction work and don't make a big fuss about it. That is how we operate here in Kannur. We usually have some tea around four and talk about how the projects are coming along.
