You can find us at 9 Patel Colony Industrial Area, on Road 3, Street Number 11 in Jamnagar. This part of the city is always full of activity. Vishwakarma Products operates out of a workshop that has seen a lot of use over the years. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains that won't ever come out, but that’s just part of the job. We have our main machinery set up along the back wall where the light is better. The front area is mostly used for packing things into crates. It gets quite loud when everything is running at once, so we usually have to shout to be heard over the noise. We have a small cabin in the front that acts as an office, but mostly we are out on the floor. The street outside, Street Number 11, is narrow and sometimes trucks get stuck trying to turn the corner. We know the neighbors well; everyone in Patel Colony is doing some kind of manufacturing or repair work. It’s a community of makers and workers. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If someone comes to see us, they just walk in and find us at the machines. We keep our tools organized on a big pegboard we built ourselves. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We just focus on getting the day's production finished so we can close up and head home.
