Khandelwal Impex Pvt. Ltd. is based at 27, Park Colony. It’s a decent neighborhood and a bit quieter than the main roads. We deal with imports and exports. Because of that, there is always a mountain of paperwork on someone’s desk. Tracking shipments is probably the hardest part of what we do. Things get delayed at the docks or the paperwork gets stuck in a different office, and we have to spend the whole afternoon on the phone. Our office is pretty basic. Just a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a computer that’s seen better days. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. We’ve been around for a while now. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to wait around to send an email. It’s frustrating but it’s part of the day. In the evenings, you can hear the local kids playing outside in the colony. It makes the place feel more like a home than an office. We don't use much marketing speak because we don't need to. Our clients know who we are. We just try to keep the shipments moving and the bills paid. It’s a practical way to run things. We appreciate the people who work with us and keep the business going every year.
