Palladium

If you drive down the Jamnagar-Khambhalia Highway for a while, you will find us located at Survey No. 126. Palladium is the name you will see on the sign outside. It is a bit of an open stretch of road, so there is plenty of space for us. The highway gets quite loud with all the heavy trucks passing by, especially at night, but you get used to that noise after a few weeks of working here. We started out at this location because it makes it very easy for transport vehicles to reach us without any trouble. The building itself is pretty basic, just concrete and metal, which is all we really need for our daily operations. Inside, we have our workstations set up in a way that makes sense. It is not a quiet office environment; it is more of a place where things are constantly being moved around. We have to keep a close eye on the weather since it gets quite dusty out here on the highway. Sometimes we have to stop and sweep out the front of the shop every few hours just to keep it clean. Palladium is where we all gather to get the hard work done. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. There is just a door and some desks where we sit. Most of us live in the nearby towns and commute in every morning. The sun hits the front of the building very hard in the afternoon, so we just keep working.
