Neo Structo Construction Ltd

Our office for Neo Structo Construction Ltd is tucked away in the Thilagavathy Apartments at 135/49. We are on the second floor in Room No 41. It’s located in West K.K. Nagar, Chennai-78. Being in an apartment building means it’s a bit quieter than a main street shop, which we prefer for doing our drawings and math. It's not a huge space, but we've managed to fit all our filing cabinets and a couple of drafting tables in there. Chennai can be a hectic place to do construction work, so having this little spot to retreat to is helpful. We aren't into big corporate offices with fancy elevators. Here, it’s just the stairs and a simple door. Most of our day is spent out on the various sites around the city, so the room in Thilagavathy Apts is where we handle the boring stuff like payroll and permits. It feels more like a home office than a business sometimes. We have been in West K.K. Nagar for a while now and like the neighborhood. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or salespeople. We just rely on the work we’ve done and the fact that we’re easy to reach if you know which buzzer to press. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense way to run a construction company in a big city like this.
