N.C.P.L, Reliance Reffinery, Jamnagar

Our small branch of N.C.P.L is based out of Sidhnath Colony in Jamnagar, at H-28. We are connected with the work at the Reliance Refinery nearby. It’s a busy part of Gujarat, that’s for sure. The atmosphere here is usually focused on the technical side. We don't have a lot of time for sitting around. Most of the staff have been around the refinery business for years, so we know the ropes. Our office is just a functional space in a residential colony where we keep our records straight. We like it that way because it feels like a community. We have our routines, from the morning tea to the evening wrap-ups. Dealing with a large refinery means being practical about what can be done in a day. We don't make big promises. We just tell you how it is and then get to work. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places. We are just a local team trying to do right by our contracts and neighbors. No frills, just steady work. We might not be the biggest name on the street, but we are here when the gates open. Sometimes the sea breeze makes the papers fly if the window is open, but we just laugh it off. We are used to the rhythm here. We take care of our own and make sure the refinery stuff is sorted.
