Asha Niwas is where you will find us, right on Street No-4 in Momai Nagar. We are quite close to the Gandhinar bus stop, which makes it easy for people to find the general area, though the street itself can be a bit of a squeeze. Jamnagar is a busy town and our little corner of it is no different. The office for M/S Reliance Industries Limited is basically a house that we’ve converted to fit our needs. It has that lived-in feel, with some old furniture and plenty of papers stacked up in the corners. We don't really have any big signs, just the address on the wall. The traffic from the bus stop can be a bit loud in the morning, but you get used to it after a couple of days. We spend a lot of time here dealing with the daily requirements of the industry. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls, it is just a practical place to work. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break on the porch. The Gujrat sun can be quite strong, so we keep the shutters halfway down to stay cool. There are always people moving around the street, and it feels like a real community. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks we have for the day. It’s an honest way to spend the time, working right here in the neighborhood.
