M/S L&T Eccd On Contract Basis

Living and working out here in Moti Kavadi, Jamnagar, is a different kind of life. We are based in the L&T Reliance Staff Colony, specifically in Room No. B11/07/10. It’s a contract-based setup, so things are always shifting. The colony is a quiet place where most of the people are like us, just here for the work. Every morning we get our gear ready and head out. There’s a lot of industrial activity around here because of the big refineries nearby. Our room is small and serves as both a place to rest and a place to keep our records. It’s got the basics—a couple of beds, some lockers, and a table for the paperwork. We eat our meals at the mess and talk about the day's progress. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We don't have time for anything polished or fancy. It’s about the heat, the machines, and the daily grind of the contract. You get used to the smell of the refinery and the sound of the trucks. We’ve all come from different places to work here, so we’ve become a bit of a small family. We just focus on getting our shifts done and making sure everything is safe. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and we are glad to have it. Every day is pretty much the same, and we like the routine of it.
