Our place is at B-11/2 in the M. P. Shah Municipal Industrial Estate. It’s a busy spot with lots of small businesses all crammed together. We’ve been operating out of this unit for some time now. The space is used mostly for production, so there isn’t much room for a lobby or anything like that. You walk in and you’re right in the middle of everything. Different tasks fill our day, depending on what the orders look like. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more concerned with what’s going on at the workbenches. It’s a local operation, and most of the staff lives just a short commute away. We know the other business owners on the block, and we usually look out for each other. On rainy days, the water sometimes pools near the entrance, but we just put down some planks and keep going. Complicated jargon or big meetings don't happen here. We just look at the drawings, set up the equipment, and get to work. It’s a simple life, really. We make sure the counts are right and the products are packed properly. If someone needs something, they usually just drop by or give us a quick call on the landline. We stay until the work is finished and everything is locked up for the night. It is just the way we have always done things.
