Our office is at number 3 in the Ratnadeep Housing Society. We are located on Station Road in Goware, which is part of the Karad Taluka in the Satara district of Maharashtra. Being in a housing society means it’s a bit quieter than being right in the middle of a big city. We like the location because it’s close to the station road, making it easy for us to get to and from work. The office itself is quite basic. We have the usual equipment like computers and printers, and there are always stacks of paper somewhere. It’s not a fancy place with modern furniture. We use what we have and keep things moving. The weather here can get quite warm, but we have enough fans to stay comfortable. We don't have any big advertisements outside. People in Goware know where we are if they need to find us. We mostly spend our days handling data and office tasks. It’s a small operation, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we take our lunch together and talk about local news. It’s a peaceful way to work compared to the rush of Pune or Mumbai. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office. We just want a place where we can sit down and get our jobs done properly. We’ve been in this society for a while now and it feels like home to us.
