Vishal Play Decor

Our shop, Vishal Play Decor, is located at Shop No. 10 in the Gk Complex within Khodiyar Colony. It’s a small corner of the complex but we make it work. Since we do play decor, the space is usually filled with colorful materials, foam pieces, and various bits of decorations that we use for setting up play areas. It is definitely not a boring-looking place, though it can get quite cramped with all the supplies we keep on hand. Khodiyar Colony is a local spot where people know each other, so we often have neighbors dropping by just to say hello while we are working. We spend a lot of time cutting out shapes or stitching together fabric covers for the decor. It’s a very manual process. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team; we just do the work right here in the shop. The floor is usually covered in scraps of material by the time the afternoon rolls around. We have a few shelves where we keep finished items, but mostly the space is used for putting things together. The Gk Complex is a bit older, so the walls might need a bit of paint, but it suits us just fine. We like being in this part of town because it feels like a real community. Every day we just open up, look at what decor needs finishing, and get to it.
