Jindal Swa Ltd

The office for Jindal Swa Ltd is tucked away in Khudiram Pally, which is part of the Bidhannagar area in Durgapur. If you know the Burdwan district, you know it can get quite busy around here with all the industrial activity. We are basically just a group of people working out of this spot, and it is nothing too grand to look at. The building is simple, and we have been here for a while now. Most mornings start with the sound of the local streets waking up. It is not like those high-rise offices you see in the bigger cities like Kolkata. Here, things feel a bit more grounded and maybe a little slower in terms of the atmosphere, though we stay busy enough with our tasks. We deal with whatever needs doing for the company, mostly paperwork and coordinating things over the phone. The weather in West Bengal can be a bit much, especially during the monsoon when it pours down on the roof. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It is a practical place for practical work. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy, just the name on the door. It is the kind of place where you know the guy selling snacks at the corner and the people walking by every day. We just try to get the day's work finished without too much fuss.
