Dharma Brass Industries

Dharma Brass Industries is located in Hapa, right on the Jamnagar-Rajkot Highway. You can find us sitting behind the B.S.N.L. Godown. Being near the highway makes it easy for trucks to come and go, though the traffic noise is constant throughout the day. We work with brass, making all sorts of small components that go into larger machines. It’s what most people in Jamnagar do for a living, and we’ve been at it for a very long time now. The workshop gets incredibly hot, especially when the furnaces are going in the summer, but we’re all used to it. We don't have a fancy website or someone to write advertisements for us. We just focus on the metal and the machines. If the parts we make are decent, then people usually come back for more. That's really the only rule we follow around here. The godown next door is a helpful landmark for people who get lost trying to find our entrance. We have a small team of guys, and most of them have been with us for years. We don't have long meetings or any of that corporate training. Most people just learn on the job by watching others. The highway is always noisy, but inside the shop, we’re just focused on the orders. It’s a practical life without many surprises. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just do the brass work as well as we can and try to stay busy enough to keep the lights on and everyone paid.
