Gdc Ltd.

Our place, Gdc Ltd., is way up in Bhabber, which is near Dera Baba in the Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here from the main towns, but we like it that way. The air is different and much cleaner than what you get in the bigger cities. We are located in a pretty rural spot, so things move a lot slower than they do in other parts of the country. We don't have the big city rush or the constant noise of traffic. Most of the people around here know each other, so it’s a very local feel. Our office is simple and reflects the area we are in. We deal with the weather as it comes, which can be quite a challenge in the winter months when it gets really cold and snowy. During those times, we just bundle up and keep going. We don't have a fancy setup with a lot of modern decor or expensive furniture. It’s just a functional space where we handle our business affairs and keep our records. Usually, our days are dictated by the natural light and the local pace. We don't stay open very late because the roads are not the best for traveling after dark. It’s a quiet existence, and we just focus on doing our work honestly and staying part of the local community. We aren't looking to change much about how we run things out here.
