Gannon Dunkerly & Co. Ltd.

We are based out of Kottapurathu House in the Skinnerpuram Estate area. It is a bit tucked away over in Maroor. Gannon Dunkerly & Co. Ltd. uses this space mostly for coordinating our work in the region. It is not like a city office with glass walls and elevators. It is more of a sturdy, traditional building that has seen plenty of years. The surroundings are quite green because of the estate. Sometimes the trees get a bit overgrown, but it makes for a calm place to work. We handle a lot of technical details and planning from here. The crew is usually out on different sites, so the house can be quiet or very loud depending on the hour. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just do our engineering and construction tasks. We’ve been here long enough that everyone in Maroor knows the name. We drink a lot of coffee while looking over site plans. The desks are covered in pens and rulers. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. The internet can be a bit slow sometimes being out in the estate, but we manage to get the reports sent eventually. It is just a regular workplace for regular people doing a job. We don’t see any reason to make it sound like more than that.
