Gannon Dunkerley Co.Ltd. At Rpl(Reliance Petrolium Ltd.)Site

Our office for Gannon Dunkerley Co.Ltd. is set up in Jamnagar, Gujarat. We are located at B-11 in the Jayant Society, which is right near the Police Colony. This particular branch is dedicated to the work we do at the Reliance Petroleum Ltd. site, or RPL as everyone calls it around here. Jamnagar is a big hub for this kind of industrial work, so it makes sense for us to be right in the middle of it. The house in Jayant Society serves as our base of operations. It is a practical setup where we can handle the day-to-day needs of the site work. We have engineers and supervisors coming in and out all day long. It gets pretty dusty and the sun can be quite harsh in Gujarat, but that is part of the job. We aren't a big corporation with a skyscraper. We are just a group of people working on a specific project. We spend most of our time looking at site reports and making sure the supplies are arriving on time. It is a lot of hands-on work. We don’t really have time for long meetings or fancy presentations. If you come by, you’ll see people in work boots and shirtsleeves just trying to stay on top of the schedule. We've been here for the duration of the project and we know the local area well. Living near the Police Colony is quiet enough for us to focus. We have a lot of coffee and spend long hours looking at blueprints. It’s not a life for everyone, but we like seeing a project get built.
