Pillar Minerals Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot Number 4334 in Gidc Phase-3. If you know the industrial area, you know it is a lot of concrete and trucks and noise. Our place is no different. We spend our days handling various minerals and making sure they are ready to be sent out. It is a very dusty environment and not the kind of place where you would want to wear your best clothes. We have been at this plot for quite a while now. We don't have a fancy office with big windows. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage the stocks and the orders. Most of the people working here are from the local area, so it feels like a close-knit group. We don't do any big advertising or promotional stuff. Most of our business comes from the long-term relationships we’ve built in the Gidc. Some days the machinery gives us trouble and we have to spend hours getting it back online, but that is just part of the mineral business. It is a lot of heavy work and logistics. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can, even when things get a bit chaotic in the warehouse. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just want to get the job done right for the people who depend on us. That is basically our day-to-day life here.
