Our office for Ethos Hr Management Pvt Ltd is tucked away in Mithapur, specifically at the Tata Chemicals colony area in building 269, C-4. It is a bit of a drive out here in Jamnagar district, but it’s where all the action is with the industry around us. We spend our time looking for workers and staff who can handle the kind of jobs these big plants need. The air out here always smells a bit like the sea and the chemicals from the plant nearby. We've got a small setup inside New A/2 Type and it's mostly filled with folders and resumes of people looking for a break. We don't do anything flashy. We just talk to candidates and see if they have the right skills for the open spots we've got on our list. The weather in Gujarat can be really tough in the summer, so we mostly stay indoors under the fan and keep the coffee going. It's a quiet office compared to the noise of the factory floor, but we're always busy with some kind of hiring task. We know the local area well and we've been here long enough to understand what people in Mithapur are looking for in a job.
