Essar

Essar is based in Jamnagar. We are located in Flat Number 6 at the Lokrachana Apartment. This is within the Swastik Society. It’s a decent area and most people in the society are quite friendly to us. We have been here for a good amount of time. The office is really just a flat that we have converted for our needs. It has a small kitchen where we make tea and a main room where the desks are set up. Jamnagar can get quite hot in the summer so we keep the fans going all day long to stay cool. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room for guests. If you knock on the door of Flat 6, one of us will just come and open it for you. It is a very direct way of doing things. We have files stacked up in the corner and a couple of old chairs for when we need to sit and talk about a project. The Swastik Society is easy to find if you know the main landmarks in the district. We like it here because it is not too noisy. The apartment building is a bit older but it is sturdy and it keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We spend our hours here working through whatever is on the desk at the time. It’s not a high-rise corporate office but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
