We are based at 26-Ketan Society No 3, right near the badminton court on Palace Road here in Jamnagar. It’s a well-known area in this part of Gujarat. Having the office near the palace makes it easy for people to find us. We work in the oil sector, which is a big deal in Jamnagar, as everyone knows. Our office isn't a giant skyscraper; it’s more of a community-based spot where we handle our administrative work and local operations. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed most of the time, though it gets busy when there are reports due. You can often hear the sounds from the badminton court nearby during the evenings. We’ve got a few rooms where we keep our records and a small area for meetings. It’s not anything like those sleek offices you see in big cities. We use old wooden desks and the tea guy comes by twice a day. The people working here have lived in Jamnagar for most of their lives. We know the local geography and the industry quite well. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the regulations. It’s honest work and we like being part of the local scene here. If you walk down Palace Road, you can’t miss the society entrance. We’ve been here for years and plan to stay for many more, just doing what we do.
