Our setup here in Vadinar is a bit different because we are located at the Swastik Society Warehouse. It is very much an industrial kind of environment. We are right there where the materials are stored, so it isn't your typical office with carpets and nice paintings. It is a functional space. There is a lot of dust because of the warehouse activity, and you can always hear the sound of trucks or people moving crates around. We have a small section carved out for the desks and the computers where we handle the paperwork. It’s a bit cold in the winter and can get quite stuffy in the summer months, but it's where the work is. Being in Vadinar, we are close to a lot of the big projects, which is why we are here. We don't get many casual visitors, mostly just drivers and workers. We usually have lunch sitting on whatever is available, and we talk about the jobs we have on the go. There’s no pretense here. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a list of things that need to be done by the end of the day. It is a gritty, hardworking place. We are here to make sure the construction supplies and the logistics are handled properly. That is what we do, and the warehouse is the best place for us to be.
