Essar Constructions (India) Ltd

We are based out of Flat 404 in the Nandanvan Apartment building. It is located in the 6/1 Pa Colony area of Jamnagar, right near the Co-Co Bank. Using an apartment as an office works well for us because it keeps things low-key and quiet. We have got a couple of rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. It is where we do all the administrative side of our construction business. We handle a lot of the planning and payroll from this spot. It isn't a place for big meetings, but it is perfect for the few of us who manage the daily grind. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things professional and not too loud. Being near the bank is handy for running errands. We have been in Jamnagar for years. Most of our work happens at different sites across the region, but this is the home base. There are always blue prints lying around and some half-empty tea cups. It feels like a real office where work actually gets done. We do not use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people where we are and what we are working on. It is a simple setup for a busy construction team. We keep track of everything here and make sure the jobs are staying on track. Nothing flashy, just a place to work.
