Essar Constructions (India) Limited

We’re located in Jamnagar, specifically in Room No: 6 at the Parivaar Apartments on Satyam Colony Road. It’s not a huge office, just a practical space where we handle the business for Essar Constructions (India) Limited. Being in an apartment building means it feels a bit more personal, like we're part of the neighborhood. The street outside can get quite busy, but inside we’re usually focused on whatever project is currently on the table. Jamnagar is a place where things are always growing, especially with the industries nearby. We spend our days coordinating with labor and checking on material costs, which seem to change every week. Our office is a bit cluttered with samples and folders. We don't really have a reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a desk or on the phone. It’s honest work, even if it’s stressful sometimes. We try to keep our feet on the ground. When you're in construction, you learn pretty quickly that things don't always go according to the plan. You have to be ready to change things up. We’ve been on Satyam Colony Road for some time and we’ve gotten to know the rhythms of the city. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just want to get the buildings up and make sure they're done right. That's the long and short of it for us.
