You’ll find us at Essar House, located in Swastik Society over in Jamnagar. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while, and the building has become a bit of a landmark for our team at Essar Constructions (India) Limited. It’s a practical place where we keep all our gear and do our planning. Jamnagar is a place where people value hard work, and we try to live up to that every day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms where we can sit down and figure out the next steps for our building projects. We have people coming in and out all day—suppliers, workers, and neighbors. It gets a bit noisy, but that’s the sign of a busy workplace. We don't bother with fancy slogans or big mission statements. We just focus on getting the foundations poured and the walls built straight. Some days are tougher than others, especially when the heat in Gujarat gets really intense, but we keep moving. We’ve got a good crew here who knows their way around a construction site. Most of us have been in this business for years, so we’ve seen it all. We like being in Swastik Society; it’s a good community and it keeps us grounded. We’re just regular folks doing a job we know how to do well.
