You can find us in Kamptee, right behind the Sitla Mata Mandir. It's a bit of a winding path to get to Lala Oli in Tumdipura, but once you’re there, everyone knows the Verma family. We’re set up here as Essar Constructions (I) Ltd., working out of the space shared with Rishabh and Rajendra Verma. It’s a very local feel, definitely not like those big glass buildings you see in the city. We’re part of the neighborhood. The temple is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We spend most of our days dealing with the ins and outs of local building work. It gets loud sometimes, and there’s always someone stopping by to ask a question or drop off something for a project. We don't have a fancy lobby. It's more about desks piled with blueprints and phones that don't stop ringing. Kamptee has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit right into it over the years. We handle what comes our way, from small fixes to bigger construction needs. It's hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. Living and working in the same area means we see our neighbors every day, so we try to keep things honest and simple. No big promises, just showing up and doing the job as it needs to be done.
