Essar Constructions (I) Ltd

You can find us over at Parivar Apartment on Satyam Colony Road. We’re in unit H-201. It’s a regular residential area in Jamnagar, which makes it easy for our local workers to drop by and pick up their instructions. Essar Constructions (I) Ltd isn’t some massive corporation with a glass skyscraper. We operate out of this apartment because it’s practical and keeps our overhead costs down. Jamnagar is a busy place with all the industry around, and we try to do our part in building things up. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints rolled up in corners and samples of floor tiles on the floor. We don't really have a "customer service" person; usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. We spend most of our time out at the actual construction sites anyway. This place is just for the stuff that happens behind the scenes, like payroll and getting permits from the city. We’ve been in Gujarat for a long time and understand how things work here. Sometimes the power goes out or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, but we just deal with it and move on. We don't use fancy jargon. We talk about cement, steel, and labor. People know us as the guys who get the job done without a lot of fuss. It’s a modest setup, but it works for us and the people we build for. We just keep our heads down and keep working every day.
