Essar Constructions ( I ) Ltd

You can find us over at E-69 in Ajita Nagar Part-II. We are situated right on the stretch from Amit Nagar to Sama Road, just opposite the EME School in the Karelibaug area of Vadodara. It’s a decent spot for an office since most people in town know where the school is. Essar Constructions (I) Ltd has been operating from this Vadodara address for quite some time now. Even though the name sounds a bit formal with the "Limited" tag, we are pretty much just a group of local guys who know how to put a building together. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and samples of tiles or bricks. We spend our mornings talking to clients and the afternoons checking on the progress of our different sites around the city. Traffic on Sama Road can get a bit heavy during school hours, so we try to plan our site visits around those times. It’s a busy life but we enjoy it. There’s something satisfying about seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished house or office. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated contracts. We just tell you what can be done and how long it’ll take. If something goes wrong, we fix it. That’s how we’ve always worked and it seems to suit our neighbors here in Vadodara just fine. We just try to do right by the people we work for.
