Essar Construction

Essar Construction is based in the Heramb Building, specifically at number 10, over in Datta Nagar. This is in the Dombivli East area, which is always bustling with people and traffic. We are located on Ayare Road, so there is plenty of activity right outside our door. Being in the Thane district means we are close to a lot of different projects, and we spend a good chunk of our time commuting back and forth. The office itself is small and packed with everything we need to run the business. There are stacks of folders on every flat surface and a couple of old fans that have seen better days. It’s not a fancy place, but it’s where all the work happens. We know the other shop owners in the building, and we often grab a quick tea from the stall downstairs when things get hectic. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, but we don’t mind. It feels like a real part of the community here. Sometimes the rain in Maharashtra makes it hard to get anything done, but we just stay in the office and catch up on our paperwork. We don’t go in for big speeches. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done to keep the projects moving forward without any delays. It is a simple way to work, but it keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
