In Jamnagar, we are located at Essar House, which is house number 12 in Swastik Society. This is one of the more established parts of the city, and many people know the area well. Swastik Society is a mix of homes and offices, so it’s got a bit of a lived-in feel to it. Our office at Essar House is where we manage a lot of the local construction interests. It’s a solid building, and we’ve been here long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the address anymore. Inside, it’s all about the work. We have desks, chairs, and plenty of filing cabinets filled with project histories. Jamnagar can be a very busy place with all the industrial development, so having a base in a society like this is actually quite helpful. It gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the main roads. We don't have any flashy marketing materials or a fancy website team sitting here; it’s just us handling the day-to-day logistics. The staff usually brings lunch from home, and we all sit together in the small break area to eat and talk. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we prefer it that way. We focus on the concrete and the steel, making sure the project specs are met without any unnecessary drama or corporate talk getting in the way.
