Essar Construction (I)Pvt Ltd

Our office for Essar Construction (I)Pvt Ltd is right on 74, Kshapanak Marg in the Freeganj area of Ujjain. It is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic outside our windows. We have been working out of this space for a good bit of time now. The building is older, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are coming in for a meeting. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in blueprints and stacks of files that need sorting. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee, though the machine is a bit temperamental and works when it wants to. On most days, you will find a few of us typing away or arguing over some site details. It’s not a quiet place, but it is where everything gets organized. Freeganj is a good spot because we are close to everything we need. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to step out for a bit of air while the pages load. We don’t really go in for much decoration, so the walls are pretty bare except for a few calendars. It is just a workspace for real people doing a job. We stay busy with the local projects and the paperwork that comes with them. It is a bit cramped, but we make it work.
