Essar Construction India Limited

We are based right at the Essar Refinery Site in Jamnagar. This is the main hub for Essar Construction India Limited out here. It is a massive area and very industrial. You can imagine there is a lot of noise and activity happening all the time. Our office is right where the action is. We spend all day managing construction tasks for the refinery and other big projects nearby. It is a tough environment with a lot of dust and heat, but that is the nature of construction in Gujarat. We have a lot of workers to look after and schedules to keep. It is not a place for someone who likes a quiet office job. We are always on the move, checking on progress or solving some problem on the site. There is no corporate polish here. We wear hard hats and safety gear most of the day. It is about getting the job done safely and correctly. The paperwork still has to get done though, so we spend our evenings catching up on that. It is a demanding job but we want to see these big structures get finished. Jamnagar has been good to us and we have a solid routine here. We just show up, work hard, and go home tired. It is just the way we have always done things.
