Essar Construction (I) Ltd.

We are set up over at the Qa/Qc Lab area in Vadinar. It’s out by the Essar Oil site in Jamnagar. Essar Construction (I) Ltd. handles the civil side of things here. It’s a lot of checking on materials and making sure the concrete and structures are doing what they’re supposed to do. Being out here in Vadinar means we’re away from the main city buzz, which is fine by us. The work is mostly practical stuff. We spend a lot of time in the lab or walking around the site with clipboards. It's not the kind of job where you wear a suit. We wear boots and high-vis vests every single day. The dust out here is something else, especially when the wind picks up. We’ve been here long enough that we know every corner of this facility. It's a quiet group of us, just focusing on the tasks at hand. We don't have a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just make sure things are built right. If there's a problem with a foundation or a wall, we’re the ones who have to look at it. It can be long hours when a big project is finishing up. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay out of the midday sun when we can. It’s how we've always operated.
