Essar Construction (I) Ltd.

We've been operating Essar Construction (I) Ltd. out of the Gsecl Colony in Sikka for a while now. It's a busy spot here in the Jamnagar district. Mostly, we just handle the day-to-day construction jobs that come our way. People around 212/5 know us. It’s not a fancy office, just a place where we keep our tools and coordinate where the trucks need to go next. The weather here in Gujarat gets pretty hot, so we usually start early. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing things down. Usually, we’re out on a site somewhere nearby. Sometimes it's a bit dusty, and the roads can be a mess when it rains, but we manage to get through the work. If you're looking for us, we’re right there in the colony. It's easy to find once you get into Sikka. We’ve seen the town change a bit over the years. We keep a small crew and just do what needs doing. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There’s always some pipe that needs fixing or a wall that needs putting up. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just show up and try to finish what we started. If the rain holds off, things go faster, but that’s just how it is in this part of Gujarat. We’re just local people working in the same area we live in. It’s just how we live and work around here.
