Down here in Nava Pipaliya, things move a bit slower than they do in the big cities. We’re located out in the Junagadh district. It’s a good place to be for us. Our office is very simple. We don’t have much in the way of decoration or fancy furniture. Just some sturdy desks and the tools we need to get through the day. Most of the people working here grew up right nearby. We know the local roads and we understand the weather patterns. It’s a lot of manual coordination every day. We get our hands dirty when we have to, which is pretty often. It’s not about looking good on a computer screen; it’s about getting the job finished on the ground. Sometimes we have to wait a while for supplies because of the distance from the main hubs, but we always make it work. We aren't some giant corporation with thousands of complicated rules. We just have a way of doing things that works for us and for the people who hire us. If there's ever a problem, we just sit down and talk it out. There is no need for long, confusing emails. Usually, a quick phone call or a short meeting on-site fixes everything. The sun gets pretty strong out here in Gujarat, so we tend to start our work very early in the morning to beat the afternoon heat.
