You can find Ratan Brass Industries at 5253, Digvijay Plot, on Street Number 3 in Jamnagar. This whole area is full of brass workshops, and we are just one of the many small businesses here. Our place is a bit tight because we have so many tools and metal pieces scattered around. The sound of machines is constant during the day, and there is always that distinct smell of metal and oil in the air. We don’t have a front office or any place to sit and wait. Usually, whoever is around will just wipe their hands on a rag and come talk to you. We do all the casting and finishing right here in this space. It is hard work that leaves your hands dirty, but it is what we have been doing for years. Jamnagar has a long history with brass, and we are just trying to keep our part of it going. Street 3 can get pretty busy with people moving materials back and forth. We try to stay organized, but it’s difficult when you are dealing with thousands of tiny brass parts. It is a family-style operation where everyone chips in. We don't have any big goals of becoming a giant company. We just want to keep the workshop running and handle the orders that come our way. It is a simple, loud, and honest way to spend our days.
