Alamdar Enterprises

Our business, Alamdar Enterprises, is located over in the G.I.D.C. Shanker Tekri area. We are on the first floor inside the Shree Vinayak Cold Storage compound. It’s an industrial part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from trucks and machinery nearby. The phase I Udhyognagar area gets pretty busy during the day, especially around the Digvijay Plot side. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s mostly just shelves, some old desks, and piles of paperwork we are trying to get through. Being near the cold storage means it stays a bit cooler in the hallways, which is a nice break from the heat outside. We spend most of our time coordinating orders and checking on supplies. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in our ledgers. We’ve been in this same spot for years and haven't seen much reason to move. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we usually just stay put once we get here in the morning. We know the other business owners in the compound quite well, and we often help each other out with small things. It’s a hardworking environment, not a place for sitting around. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who know how everything works. We just keep our heads down and get the day's tasks finished before the sun goes down. Most of our work is straightforward and repetitive, but we don't mind the routine.
