Dhanjay Brass Product

Our place is in Dared, at Shed No. C1, over in G.I.D.C. Phase No. 2. It’s a brass town, so we fit right in with the rest of the shops. We make various brass products and parts. Some are small screws, some are a bit bigger components for machines. We’ve been at plot 447 for a long time now. The floor is always covered in those little yellow shavings that get stuck to your shoes. It smells like hot metal most of the time you are inside. We have a few old lathes and some newer ones that we bought recently. My uncle started this business, and now we just keep it going as best as we can. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we work hard every day. The neighbors are all doing similar stuff, so it's always noisy around here. We make components for whatever people need, valves, pins, or nuts. We don't really have a brochure or any promotional stuff like that. People just bring us a drawing or a sample and we see if we can make it for them. Sometimes the material costs go up and it gets tough to stay profitable, but we stay busy. You can find us if you head into the second phase of the industrial area. We aren't hard to spot once you get onto the right street. We usually have tea around four and then work until late at night. It's just honest metal work. Nothing more to it than that.
