You can find us at Plot Number 709 in Phase II of the GIDC. It’s a large industrial estate and we have been at this location for quite some time now. Our daily routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up early and get the machines warmed up. We manufacture different industrial items and the shop floor is always buzzing. There are piles of metal and scrap in the yard. We have a few guys who handle the heavy lifting and the machine operation. It’s a noisy environment but we are all used to it. We don't spend much time on things like decorating the office or making the place look pretty. It’s an industrial unit after all. We focus on making sure the parts we produce are what the customers asked for. GIDC is a massive place so we sometimes get lost ourselves if we go to a different phase. We have a small break area where we sit and eat our lunch. The work is steady and we have some regular contracts that keep us going. Sometimes things go wrong with the power supply and we have to wait for it to come back on. During those times we just clean up the tools or do some maintenance. It is a very basic way of running a business but it has worked for us. We just keep doing what we do.
