Our facility at Plot No. C-1, 440/41, 446/47 GIDC Phase -2 is where we handle all our plastic work. Vigor Plast India Pvt. Ltd. has grown a bit over time, so we’ve taken up a few plots to make room for the injection molding machines and the storage areas. It’s a big space but it’s always full of bags of raw material and finished bins ready for shipping. The machines hum at a specific pitch that you can hear even from the street. We have a morning meeting every day just to see who’s doing what, but it’s pretty informal. The office part is just a few desks tucked into a corner where the noise isn't too loud. We deal with a lot of different clients, mostly people who need specific plastic components for their own products. It’s a lot of watching the molds and making sure the cooling cycles are right. We don't have any corporate slogans on the walls or anything like that. Just some calendars and safety posters that have been there for ages. The yard out front is usually full of empty pallets and the occasional stray cat looking for a scrap. We just focus on the production line and making sure the parts come out right before they go into the boxes. It’s a busy, messy, and real place to work every day. We've been at this GIDC Phase -2 location long enough to know the name of every driver.
