Uttam Industries

We are based out of Dared, inside the GIDC area. Uttam Industries has been operating from this plot for several years. It is an industrial zone, so the surroundings are mostly factories and workshops just like ours. The noise of machinery is something you get used to pretty quickly when you spend your day here. Our space is divided between the workshop floor and a small office area where we keep the ledgers. It’s nothing special to look at, just a functional workspace built for getting things done. We usually have the main gate open during the day so the breeze can come through. The heat in Jamnagar can be quite a lot during the summer months, so we try to do the heavy work early. We have a small team of workers who know the machines inside out. Most of our day is spent making sure the production line doesn't hit any snags. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just focus on the orders we have. When someone stops by to check on their parts, they usually find us on the shop floor. It’s a gritty, hands-on kind of place. We value the fact that we’ve stayed in business this long by just doing the work that comes our way. The oil on our hands is part of the job, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
