Supreme Industrial Fasteners

You can find us at Plot No. 4043, 44-45 on Road No. N in Phase-3 of the GIDC. It’s a big spot because we need the room for all the heavy metal and the machines that turn them into fasteners. There’s a lot of noise here—mostly the sound of metal hitting metal. We make nuts, bolts, and all sorts of things that hold other things together. The floor is usually covered in a thin layer of oil, so you have to watch your step. We’ve got several rows of machines running at once, and it takes a lot of attention to make sure nothing jams up. It’s heavy work, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us covered in grease near the back. We’ve been in Phase-3 for a long time, and we know most of our neighbors. We trade tools sometimes or help each other out if a truck gets stuck. It’s a gritty, busy environment, but there’s a sense of pride in seeing a finished bin of bolts ready to go. We don’t do things the corporate way; we just do them the way that works. We keep the machines oiled, the workers paid, and the gates open for business every single morning without fail.
